Reception- Wine and Hors d’ Oeuvres served nightly. Breakfast- Four course gourmet breakfast served at 8am. Reservations- Guaranteed with $125 deposit, 2 night minimum during holidays, peak months and special occasions.  Check in- 5pm, checkout is 10am (Other arrangements available upon request.) Cancellations- Prior to 7 days require a $35 cancellation fee, within a week of reservation will not be refunded unless room is re-rented. Occupancy- Limit is two people per room. Children- Please inquire regarding children. Parking- Complimentary parking spaces on side of Inn Tax- Nightly rate does not include 5% state and 6% Room taxes. Pets- There is a $15-$25 charge per pet per night. Smoking- No Smoking
