Guaranteed with $125 deposit, 2 night minimum during holidays, peak months and special occasions.

5pm, checkout is 10am (Other arrangements available upon request.)
Cancellations-
Prior to 7 days require a $35 cancellation fee, within a week of reservation will not be refunded unless room is re-rented.
Occupancy-
Limit is two people per room.

Nightly rate does not include 5% state and 6% Room taxes.
